Block Multimedia will take reasonable measures to protect photographs and videos from unauthorised access or use but cannot be held liable for unauthorised actions by third parties.

Photographs and Videos:

Block Multimedia will strive for colour accuracy but cannot guarantee exact matching. In the case of mixed colour and monochrome images or videos, colour choices are subject to Block Multimedia’s artistic interpretation.

All photographs and videos are produced to the highest professional standards, but fading may occur over time, especially if exposed to direct sunlight. Block Multimedia is not responsible for this natural deterioration.

Photographs and videos are presumed to be received in good condition unless the Client notifies Block Multimedia of any discrepancies within 7 days of receipt.

Block Multimedia aims to capture the key moments and atmosphere of your wedding day, working diligently to create a beautiful and lasting record of your special event. However, it's important to understand that capturing every single moment is not always possible, and certain factors like weather, lighting, and the cooperation of subjects can influence the final results.

Group photographs must be organised by the Client or a guest. Block Multimedia is not responsible for unorganised or missed group shots.

Block Multimedia is not responsible for the Client’s personal interpretation of final edited images or videos, as factors like weather and location can affect the appearance of photographs and videos.

The booking fee is payable upon signing of this contract. The remaining balance of the package fee must be paid in full no later than 2 weeks before the wedding day. Late payments may result in cancellation of services without refund.

Force Majeure:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Block Multimedia’s control (e.g., illness, injury, natural disasters), Block Multimedia will attempt to find a replacement. If a replacement cannot be found, liability is limited to a full refund of fees paid.

If the wedding is canceled due to force majeure, Block Multimedia may transfer payments to a new date or issue a refund, subject to certain conditions and fees.

Cancellation fees vary based on the timing of the cancellation. Cancellations within 8 weeks of the wedding date may result in full payment of the package fee.

Clients are advised to purchase wedding insurance to cover potential cancellation expenses.
